Viktor began his journey with Dufferin Iron in 2011 when he joined the company as a general labourer. Within a short period of time, his invaluable skillset and unwavering determination have earned him the role of a plant manager. For several years to follow, Viktor remained in that role, sharpening his skills and applying generational wisdom to continuously improve the daily operations of Dufferin Iron. Motivated and at full potential, he acquired ownership and control of the company in January 2020.
